The ethos of the setting is reward led and can be seen in many forms throughout each day including verbal praise, additional free time, activities in house (such as Xbox time) or off site reward visits. 

Reward vouchers are awarded on a half termly basis for those pupils achieving well in areas such as positive social interaction, class contribution, peer support, personal achievement or progress in reading for example.
